1. What VX69 is
VX69 (the website at vx69.trade, its subdomains, the app and the docs) is an interface to smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It is run by the VX69 team (“we”).
VX69 is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates. “Robinhood Chain” names the network the contracts run on. Nothing here is investment advice.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- You may not use it from, or if you live in, any country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list.
- You are responsible for making sure that using it, and holding or trading digital tokens, is legal where you are.
3. Your wallet is yours
You connect your own wallet. We never hold your private key or recovery phrase and will never ask for them. You approve every transaction yourself, and transactions on Robinhood Chain are final: we cannot reverse, cancel or refund them.
4. Tokens
Tokens launched through VX69, and the platform token, are digital tokens on Robinhood Chain. They are not shares, deposits, loans or promises of profit. Their prices are set by the market and can fall to zero. Anyone can launch a token; we do not vet, endorse or stand behind tokens created by other users. Read the risk disclosure before buying any token.
5. Smart contracts
The protocol runs as smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. They are listed, with what they can and cannot do and what the owner can change, on the contracts page. The contracts run as written, even when that differs from what this website shows. If the site and the chain disagree, the chain is what happened.
6. Things you must not do
- Break the law, launder money or fund anything illegal.
- Exploit a bug instead of reporting it, attack the site or the contracts, or overload our servers.
- Pretend to be us or someone else, launch tokens that impersonate others, or mislead other users.
- Post content that is illegal, hateful or that you don't have the right to post.
We may limit or block access to the website if you do. We cannot block access to the contracts themselves.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop website features at any time, for example to protect users during an incident. Owner powers over the contracts are limited to those listed on the contracts page. We will update this page when the terms change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
8. No advice, no warranty
Nothing on VX69 is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your wallet, your own mistakes, market prices, blockchain networks, third-party services, tokens launched by other users, or contract behaviour described on the contracts page.
