1. Not investment advice
Nothing on VX69 is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any token. Do your own research.
VX69 is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates. “Robinhood Chain” names the network the contracts run on. Nothing here is investment advice.
2. You can lose everything
Token prices are volatile and can fall to zero. Tokens launched through VX69 are created by users, not by us, and may have little or no liquidity. Each launched token is paired with up to 50 other assets, so a fall in those assets also affects it.
3. Smart contract risk
- The contracts can contain bugs that lead to loss of funds.
- The contracts have not been audited, and their source code is not yet published on the block explorer. Tests and simulations are not an audit.
- The owner wallet can pause launches and swaps and change some settings, within the limits listed on the contracts page.
- The contracts rely on external routers, price data and a ranking reporter. If those fail or misbehave, swaps and rotations can fail.
4. Network risk
Robinhood Chain is a young network. It can go down, slow down, change its rules or have its own bugs. Transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
5. Wallet risk
If you lose your private key or recovery phrase, or sign a malicious transaction, your funds can be lost for good. We never ask for your key or recovery phrase. Always check the network and contract address before signing.
6. Legal and tax risk
Rules on digital tokens differ by country and change often. You are responsible for following the law where you live and for any taxes you owe.
